Nicole Graff,
Designer / Project Manager

A native New Yorker, Nicole received her B.A. in Business from the University of Arizona in 2009. After graduating, she moved to Los Angeles and began a career in public relations as a personal publicist for celebrities and musicians. A few years later, she had the itch to embrace her artistic knack for design.

The daughter of a successful contractor and real estate developer, it was a natural career transition from red carpets to material finishes. Nicole went back to school and attended Los Angeles’ Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising and received an A.A. in Interior Design. She took her first leap into design working with an established, high-end celebrity residential designer and world-renowned architect.

To further her passion in design, Nicole went on to work for one of the top 50 hospitality firms in the country, Bar Napkin Productions – an award winning Arizona based design firm recognized as a Hospitality Giant by Interior Design Magazine. Here, she took on the Interior Designer role and had the chance to work with well-known clients including Hilton Hotels, Arizona Cardinals Stadium, Harkins Movie Theatres, and Phillip’s Seafood chains.

Since moving back to Los Angeles, she has immersed herself back into residential design. As a Lead Designer at InHance Interiors, Nicole oversees projects from inception to completion and is one of our chief tastemakers. She specializes in creating the conceptual look of a home by hand-selecting material finishes and collaborating on floor plan design. She can also be found walking a job site to help our contractors envision the final product and make changes where needed as a project comes to fruition.  When she’s not working, Nicole finds her zen practicing yoga and boxing. She also loves keeping up with the trends while being out and about exploring new restaurants, pop-up shops, and music venues.
