Here is our full 15 Step Project Management Process:

STEP 1: CONSULTATION WITH BRE HANCE OR DESIGN ASSOCIATE  

  1. Provide unparalleled value at the consultation
  2. Use the consultation to kick-start a new project

STEP 2: SIGNING OF AGREEMENT, RECEIPT OF RETAINER AND COMMENCEMENT OF PROJECT

  1. Establish a basis of trust between the design professional and client
  2. Gain a full understanding of budget, style and wants
  3. Officially launch a new project

STEP 3: TRADE DAY: ON-SITE MEASUREMENTS, PHOTOS AND FINAL CRITERION MEETING

  1. Gather all the information required to prepare a thorough presentation
  2. Consult with trades at project onset in order to resolve challenges & brainstorm creative solutions

STEP 4: EXECUTION OF Design Documents

  1. Provide clients with a realistic presentation date (Step 5)
  2. Prepare a thorough project estimate 
  3. Produce all floor plans and elevations, material finish list and look book

STEP 5: PRESENTATION OF design documents & ESTIMATES; COLLECTION OF DEPOSIT      

  1. Present and articulate estimates, vision and specifics to client
  2. Secure feedback, revisions and/or approval on process, ideas and cost to proceed

STEP 6: PLACEMENT OF ORDERS 

  1. Place all orders for goods and services 
  2. Prepare the rough schedule for the project 

STEP 7: REVIEW OF BUDGET

  1. Confirm the client’s comfort level with the total budget
  2. Set project completion date

STEP 8: INITIATION OF project 

  1. Design professional provides site checks for project accuracy 

STEP 9: INSTALLATION PERIOD CONTINUES AND RECEIPT OF ORDERS   

  1. Management of all trades, suppliers & clients 

STEP 10:  FURNITURE INSTALLATION AND STYLING 

  1. Implement a turnkey installation  

STEP 11: CLIENT REVEAL

STEP 12: DEFICIENCIES WALK

  1. Identify all deficiencies 

STEP 13: RESOLVING DEFICIENCIES  

  1. Leave the client fully satisfied with their completed project 

STEP 14: CLIENT CLOSURE MEETING AND PRESENTATION OF FINAL INVOICES

  1. Present final invoices & collect payment
  2. Ensure client is satisfied 

STEP 15: PRESENTATION OF CLIENT BINDER AND THANK YOU

  1. Hand over the essential Client Binder
  2. Ask for feedback, referrals & thank the client
